Carisbrook House Lane Cove
Carisbrook is Sydney’s only house museum that captures the middle class lifestyle of Sydney in the 1880s. This beautiful house displays a fine collection of furniture, clothing and even appliances of the Victorian period.
Visitors are given a glimpse of middle class life on the North Shore when electricity, flushing toilets and air conditioning were unknown.
